New personal record – again. Just as last time, it was on my dead-lift. I surprised myself by doing 180 kg. The form was good and it went pretty smoothly. I also tried to do 190 as I felt I had more in the tank, but I failed. All in all I’m pretty satisfied. Not the fastest progress seen, but …
